According to the latest news, Dong Nguyen, who is the developer of the viral hit game 'Flappy Bird,' confirmed recently on Twitter that he will remove such game application from the App Store, notwithstanding that it has the current highest ranking level of the App Store.
What do you think was the reason behind? You will never believe it. Nguyen said:
"it is because the sheer amount of attention the app has drawn is something he isn't interested in dealing with."
Isn't it bizarre? Thus, this simply means that SUCCESS isn't for everyone!
On social media Twitter, Nguyen has over and again declares that the press is "overrating the success" of the Flappy Bird Game, in which such sudden success, popularity, and attention is something he doesn't need!
He added, "please give me peace".
He said today, that even if he is wanting to uproot the Flappy Bird from the App Store, he will keep on making games. Therefore, he isn't intrigued by what's to come for Flappy Bird and he won't offer the application to an another developer.
Before the shutdown of the Flappy Bird was pronounced, the games was updated to uproot the whole social sharing features.
The difference between this and every other game that makes #1 in the App Store is that the guy is being attacked by the media.
